Pacifica - Day 2

Excellent down day! Beautiful weather here today. We explored Pacifica by foot after our leisurely breakfast in Duette. Then, hung out and watched the surfers while we did some crossword puzzles. Also, tackled some Duette maintenance - lubricated the coach step that goes in and out when we open the RV door, and also did some touch up painting.  Apparently, there are rocks on the road that will chip the paint - go figure!  Also, apparently, J has a hard time backing into our storage unit without running into the walls - go figure again! Luckily, no structural damage, but some loss of paint. We had already purchased some paint touch up tools, and today was the day to use them.  So far, we’ve applied about 4 coats of paint on the minor touch up areas and we are still not done.  Will try further at the next opportunity…
